Timesheets- there has to be a better way. I worked with a single engineer to create a suite of efficiency tracking applications built on the G suite that allowed the creative team to eliminate time tracking constraints while still being able to track overall productivity
Principle User Experience designer. Working with product managers and agile scrum teams, I lead a team of global UX designers embedded across various broker dealers in the financial services industry to create a refreshed native iOS app. The new app experience saw an increase in customer satisfaction in the app store from 1 star to 4 stars 6 months post launch.
