ROLE: Principle UX Designer

Principle User Experience designer. Working with product managers and agile scrum teams, I lead a team of global UX designers embedded across various broker dealers in the financial services industry to create a refreshed native iOS app. The new app experience saw an increase in customer satisfaction in the app store from 1 star to 4 stars 6 months post launch.
