As Head of Brand Design and UX, I lead a team of amazing designers through a brand re-imagining, which focused on the evolution of the visual language and the creation of a design system that would scale with the hyper growth of the company.

Scale the design system
Worked with engineering to audit existing page content and create a fully accessible system of react and NextJS components.

Migrate the CMS
The shift from Wordpress to a headless CMS allowed the visual layer to be separated from the content layer.

Create a brand system
Gave designers guardrails to explore the evolution of the brand which maintaining consistency across all channels.

Optimize for conversion
Working with growth marketing, existing user flows were audited, tested, optimized and re-deployed, resulting in an 8x increase in CTR
